Payment Options
All orders must be paid in full prior to shipping or being picked up. We do not accept C.O.D’s and a 3% processing fee will be assessed on all credit card and PayPal payments. Additional documentation may be required depending on the order amount and the type of good being purchased.
We may require you to fill out a credit card authorization form along with submitting a copy of a photo I.D. along with a copy of the credit card being used. If this is required you will be notified by one of our account representatives. International orders cannot be paid with credit cards or PayPal accounts.
Check and PayPal eChecks payments are accepted but your order will only ship after your payment clears. Checks can take between 7-10 business days to fully clear our account.

Facility Visits
Discount Wholesalers Inc welcomes customers to visit out facility in Lumberton, NC. Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday from 9am to 5pm EST. Appointments are not necessary and we have sufficient parking available. Feel free to pick up your orders in person.

Please feel free to come to our warehouse in Lumberton, North Carolina to take a look at the products we offer. We sell by the box, pallet, and truckload. Everything offered F.O.B.. Our warehouse is available for inspection prior to purchase.
